I started this kennel with one goal. Provide the best versatile hunting & companion German Shorthaired Pointers available. I grew up hunting & fishing in Wisconsin for 25+ years. Deer hunting was my main focus, but I loved to hunt birds and spend time outdoors. I moved to Idaho in the summer of 2006 and could not believe all of the outdoor opportunities that exist in this great state.
I have always wanted a German Shorthaired Pointer and in the fall of 2007 I bought Odessa a solid black female. I immediately fell in love with her. She has unbelievable prey drive and will do anything for game. We have been hunting pheasant, quail, chukar, geese and ducks for the past five years and she continues to impress me every time we go out hunting.
Over the past few years I have worked with or trained a lot of dogs and ran them dogs in the NAVHDA Natural Ability test. I love watching the dogs work the field and when they go on point it is a sight to see. It never gets old seeing a GSP on point, they are amazing VERSATILE dogs.
